Exploration Potential of the Strieborna Silver Vein Project ( Slovakia- EU )

The Strieborna Project has the potential to significantly increase the current resources by

1.) exploration of the unexplored areas within the Strieborna vein itself,

2.) by further exploring the known parallel veins within the mining licences, and by following up on the discovery of a new high-grade vein between the Strieborna and the Pallag veins,

3.) by exploring for probable extensions of the Maria-Podlozna-Strieborna-Pallag vein system to the north-east on a new exploration permit, and

4.) by reevaluating similar carbonate-quartz-sulphide vein systems within the Roznava Mining District. Oxidized siderite (limonite) veins in this district were initially mined for gold and silver. Mining stopped when these workings reached the water table. Following the development of effective pumps,
mining resumed, but was focused on exploiting the siderite veins as a source of iron ore.

Although there are reports of numerous precious metals showings in the district, particularly near Cucma (just north-east of the Strieborna Project), these have not been explored to any extent; and certainly not by modern methods. Modern mining in the district has been focused entirely on exploitation of siderite as a feedstock for iron ore production, and for the past fifty years exploration has had the sole mandate to identify and develop siderite resources. Strieborna was the only exception to this policy, probably because most of the exploration and development was carried out after the fall of communism.

To date, Global Minerals has focused on advancing the Strieborna Silver Vein Project by completing a current resource estimate, carrying out the necessary baseline studies to support water discharge and other environmental permits, and undertaking metallurgical and engineering studies in order to advance the project to preliminary and final feasibility.

Global Minerals recognizes the significant exploration potential of the Strieborna vein, as well as that of the parallel veins on its two mining licences, the Cucma-Rakos exploration permit, and the Roznava mining district as a whole, and intends to pursue these opportunities vigorously.

Globals management reasonably believes that through intelligent and diligent exploration efforts additional resources on the order of +100 Million ounces of silver and commensurate amounts of copper and antimony could be discovered. Global will also follow up on the potential for economic gold
mineralization on the Strieborna property, as well as in the immediate vicinity and in the district.
